Writing a magazine article!

In order to talk about the main reasons related to the environemtal crisis we are living nowadays, the students of 3rd year wrote a magazine article based on the concepts of  planet earth as a closed system with its cycles and the linear economic system craeated by humans.

Measuring the ecological footprint

5th year students worked on a research in order to measure the ecological footprint of the local community and see how the place where people live and their age can affect the ecological footprint result.

World water day 22nd March: Water related diseases

To celebrate the world water day, 5th year students created different infographics based on the water related diseases, especially the ones affecting this region.

World environment day " Go wild for life"

To celebrated the WED 2016, the students of  3rd year created a google map to investigate about the endangered species by continents.

Opencast mining in Argentina

To Know a bit more about the effects of mining on the environment, the students of 3rd year worked with some local cases to demostrate the hypothesis "Open cast mining has caused serious environmental problems in Argentina during the last decade".
They collected information from secondary sources and prepared a google doc to process and analyse the different cases.
